At the start we record every room of your property with its tasks. After the changeover you see per room what has been done, together with the before and after photos. Periodic tasks such as the oven, cooker hood or windows are scheduled automatically.
All changeovers at a glance
In the portal you see all planned and completed cleans per property, with status and date. So you always know when your property is ready for the next guests.
More than cleaning
During the changeover we can also change the linen, restock consumables, read the meters and empty the letterbox, count the inventory and report damage. Complete peace of mind.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We usually schedule between 10:00 or 11:00 and 16:00. You set fixed times per property, so we plan correctly even for same-day changeovers.
From €75 excl. VAT per visit. After measuring the property you get a fixed price per changeover, based on floor area and rooms, or we work on an hourly basis.
